Hackers of the Syrian Electronic Army (SEA) are keenly taking part in the movement started by Anonymous against the Turkish State Government. Soon After they breached the Prime Minister’s portal with Anonymous Turkey, SEA has turned its attention to the website of the Ministry of Interior (icisleri.gov.tr).

The attackers have defaced one of the site’s sub-domains, posting a message that reads: “Rise against the injustice of Erdogan’s Tyranny.”

According to a message printed on their Twitter account, the hackers have also gained admission to Ministry of Interior email addresses and passwords.

They say that the information will be leaked in a few hours, but in the meantime, they’ve issued a small sample containing the online ID, e-mail address and phone number of Muammer Guler, Turkey’s interior minister.

The Syrian Electronic Army normally targets media companies that publish “lies” about Syria. However, in OpTurkey, it seems they’ve twisted their concentration to other organizations.
